Our Goal
We are agnite, a nonprofit with the goal of spreading cultural and technological ties between high school in the United States and Indian secondary schools through robotics programs. Our program grooms robotics leaders, and makes practical STEM education more available for those in India.

Participating in FIRST taught me how to believe in myself. In fact, it is the reason I had the confidence to conceive this organization. Teaching robotics has taught me a lot about myself, and how to become a better leader and communicator. I hope to spread my love for teaching among other high school students!

I'll remember that day for the rest of my life - the day of my first FTC and the day I fell in love. Because of FIRST, I fell heads over heels for robotics, STEM, and the community around it all: because of FIRST, I found a passion, a family, and a home.

From FTC to FRC, FIRST has given me the chance to explore a topic which most students don't. I was introduced to powertools, 3D printing, CNC routing, and many other technologies found in the industry as a high school student. The program helps build strong teamwork and communication skills among students.
